My name is Billie Kennedy, Realtor with Texas United Realty. We offer complete real estate services including Residential, Acreage, Farm and Ranch, and Commercial. I am a Platinum Agent and Client Protection Expert. I am both a Listing Agent and a Buyer's Agent.
My vision is to be acknowledged by my clients as the real estate agent that creates trust by delivering real estate services with the highest degree of quality, value and integrity. My clients place their trust in me, and count on me to be able to guide them through the buying and selling process.
I am a life-long resident of the Magnolia area (having only recently moved to Lake Conroe!) and began my real estate career many years ago as office staff for a top local real estate company, before deciding to get my license in 2003. I then practiced real estate during my first 8 years as part of a very successful team. That experience prepared me with the confidence and knowledge needed to go out on my own in 2011. I have had the privilege of working with many buyers and sellers in all price ranges, from $20,000 to $3,000,000. Although I have been in this business for many years, I will not become complacent. Continuing education keeps me up on the latest technology and tools so I can serve my clients beyond your expectations. From showings, negotiations, all the way through closing and beyond I will be there for you, with only your best interest in mind.
